Michael Walsh is a qualified civil and mechanical engineer with over thirty years in consulting, construction and manufacturing at operational and executive levels.
He has spent considerable time in the oil and gas industries, power generation and transportation both in private enterprise and government owned corporations. He has extensive knowledge and experience in international business and marketing with a solid network in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and the United States.
More recently, Michael was General Manager iQR, Queensland Rail for ten years and has held Senior Executive roles with several engineering services companies both in Australia and overseas. He has served on a number of industry associations, committees and Boards and has an extensive business network in Australia and overseas. Michael is currently an independent Director on two public company boards and an adviser to Government and the private sector.

He has relevant, high level experience in small to medium size enterprises, large corporations and public companies from IPO/start-ups and corporate planning to troubleshooting and day to day operational management. Peter is solutions focussed and has a level head with broad industry experience in a business and consulting environment over many years and he has been accountable for a broad range of projects including:
